Q: How do I book my tickets online?

Each film page on the BFF website contains a link which leads to a third party ticketing page for that film. All tickets are also available here

Q: Where is my ticket once I have booked?

Once you have successfully transacted tickets, a confirmation email will be sent to your nominated email.

Q: Can I sit with my friends?

Screenings at the A&I Hall are general admission (no allocated seating). It's first in best dressed.

Q: The session I wanted to go to is sold out, how can I see this film?

Popular sessions will sell out, so book early to avoid missing out. We will be doing our best to add second screenings (or third!) if the program allows for the most popular films so keep an eye on socials or sign up to the newsletter HERE for updates.

Q: Will there be tickets available on the door?

Limited tickets will be available on the door for sessions which have NOT sold out prior. We recommend that you purchase tickets via the website prior to arrival to avoid disappointment.

Q: Is there parking around the A&I Hall?

Yes there is free parking inside the Bangalow Showgrounds and most streets in Bangalow. Please check on-street parking signage and restrictions.

Please be aware of school zones as well as kids and cars within the Bangalow Showgrounds during pick up (2:30PM – 3:30PM weekdays).

Bangalow parking is busy on weekends so plan ahead and leave plenty of time to find a park before your film.

Q: Will there be any food and drinks available?

YES! There will be a range of options at the Festival Lobby Bar inside the A&I Hall. Common People Brewing will have an array of beers, wine, bubbles and non-alcoholic drinks options available for purchase. There'll also be cheese & meat boxes, classic movie snacks including popcorn and gelato from Benilato!

Q: What time do I need to arrive before my film?

We are recommending that people arrive 30 minutes prior to their movie time. This will allow for parking, a short walk to the hall, scanning your ticket on arrival and the chance to grab a drink or snack before the theatre doors open. Please note as we have multiple sessions per day, doors into the theatre will not be open until 5 minutes prior to the screening time.
