Often cited as the movie that gave birth to horror cinema, Nosferatu has inspired legions of filmmakers and remains one of the most iconic silent classics. The movie by legendary German director F.W. Murnau is an expressionist adaptation of Bram Stoker's gothic tale Dracula, following an intrepid businessman travelling to Transylvania, where he encounters the vampire Count Orlok.
Jai Piccone is an internationally renowned producer and songwriter. Known best for his work with Australian band Tora, Jai more recently has stepped into his own with a collection of diverse electronic releases.
Jai will add a new sonic dimension to Murnau's haunting images with an original score fusing ambient electronic soundscapes with classical piano. His live score will bring the century-old masterpiece to the present with a memorable, immersive audio-visual experience.
